Features seem good enough for my use at conferences and more formal business events: top "stash pocket" for quick access to small items, internal organization seems well designed, and the water bottle pocket collapses when you aren't using it. This is appealing because then I can carry it as a backpack on days when I'm not wearing a jacket. I was considering a traditional briefcase but recently came across this Aer Tech Pack which can be carried like a backpack or as a briefcase via the side handle. I love it but it's not professional enough to bring to conferences, events, consulting meetings, etc. I'm a university professor currently using a Goruck GR1 as EDC.
